A lifelong dance enthusiast, Ahmedy began his journey through urban dance styles such as hip-hop and breakdance. In 2006, he discovered Salsa, first in its Cuban form before transitioning to LA-style Salsa (On1). Over the years, he trained with renowned national and international artists, shaping a rich and versatile dance identity fueled by style fusion and creative exploration.
In 2012, he developed a strong passion for Bachata Moderna. Through numerous Salsa and Bachata festivals across Europe, he refined his technique with world‑class artists such as Ataca & La Alemana. This experience led him to craft his own artistic signature: a Bachata Fusion style that blends musical interpretation, fluidity, and the authenticity of traditional Bachata.
In 2016, he took a major step by launching his professional career in Latin dance, teaching both Salsa and Bachata. Together with local dancers, he founded his performance group and dance school: Latin Dance Evolution.
By early 2017, the company competed in the prestigious World Bachata Masters (Group Category) and has since performed on major Belgian stages and international festivals.
Today, Ahmedy teaches alongside his partner Caro, with whom he shares a strong artistic and pedagogical synergy. They continuously train with top international dancers to elevate their teaching and artistic expression.
Since 2025, they have been certified Bachazouk instructors, an evolved, expressive and fluid form of Sensual Bachata. This certification marks an important milestone in their artistic journey, reflecting their ongoing commitment to the evolution, technique, musicality, and emotional expression of Latin dance.
